While they don't reduce the neuropathy, they do keep me comfortable enough that I don't have to change slippers several times each day. I can wear these medical slippers all day with a small but significant measure of comfort. Before I would change slippers about every 2 hrs. as the pressure points of the slippers became untenable. That is not so with thed Dr. Luigi slippers. Order your true size. I initially ordered a size larger because the description gave that advice for US orders. They were too big. Still wearable. Just not a perfect fit. I ordered my actual size after that and they fit great. My only quibble is the material on the inside feels a little rough-ish (for me). I prefer super soft materials against my skin. Especially my bare feet. But since that's a personal preference, I'm not docking any stars for that. I'm sure most folks will think it's perfectly fine the way it is. I really like these otherwise.
