Very smooth and applies well. It dries down quick, so I work in sections, stipling with a brush to get a nice coverage. Great coverage, build a and I need much less powder to set. It does settle into some lines, so when I'm done, I pat and gently wipe with a beauty blender to bring a bit of excess off in those areas without disturbing the layering of coverage. A gentle pat with the blender solves the issue if it settles into lines during the day. I do think the shades are a bit darker that shown and could have done with the lighter shade.
