No. BUT they are fabulous for a pretzel like taste, a crunchy texture and hit the spot for a type 1 diabetic kiddo who wants a snack, but we don't want her blood sugar wrecked. Added bonus they are protein heavy, which helps when she doesn't want to eat a meat (grilled cheese sandwich with these pretzels alongside are a meal I can reliably get her to eat!). Will you be disappointed if you're used to eating regular pretzels? 100%.
