Gap or expansion joints greater than 3mm must be covered using Glass‐Fibre scrim and Cromapol. - Cromapol will tolerate damp surfaces although as with any application for best results Cromar recommend applying to a dry surface. - Cromapol is easily applied using a brush, roller or squeegee. Do you mean plywood boards or just wooden boards It 's cheaper than acrypol. **Q: What is the drying time** A: In the summer about 4 hours. Then the cooler it gets the longer it takes. However, it is waterproof so can be put on at any time. Obviously dry weather/periods are best. All the details should be on the site where you purchase from. **Q: Can this be used directly on osb boards** A: Yes I don't see why it couldn't be placed directly onto the boards. I used onto a previously covered surface but should be ok. **Q: What do I clean the brush with?** A: I must confess that when finished I binned the roller & brush used. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Waterproof roofing *by P***R on 22 July 2024* I laid all this down yesterday and came to check on it again this morning. We had a bit of rain in the night and I’ve now got pills on top of my roof which is good so it’s done exactly what it’s supposed to do. Would highly recommend this product, I’m most importantly, my Roof is not leaking.I gave this five stars for price, quality and very easy to use.I would recommend using a facemask as the fumes are quiet pungent to say the least, So please be careful when using this without any face protection as the fumes do get to you, but the quality of this stuff is 2nd to none. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for flat roofs *by K***R on 1 March 2025* I used this product on a flat fibre glass covered garage roof.The fibre glass had minute cracks allowing the ingress of rain water.The product was easy to apply to a pre dried, cleaned surface using a paint roller.The thickness of the product was sufficient to not only provide good coverage but to penetrate the cracks effectively.The important drying time was quick for but was assisted by the warming sun effect ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIRST CLASS PRODUCT *by O***R on 10 January 2020* I PAINTED MY UPSTAIRS PATIO WITH THIS 10 YEARS AGO AND IT HAS JUST STARTED TO DEGENERATE SO I HAVE PURCHASED SOME MORE.
