The only difference I noticed when taking this is that my dreams became really vivid, and some of them disturbing, sometimes frightening. I did not notice an improvement in focus.

Etherium Gold really works for me, and I find the spray very useful too. For my energetic constitution, Etherium Red is the most important, then Black. But Gold is lovely too.

Ok, some say this works as a placebo, BUT! I feel it quite strongly. It gives me great clarity and focus with just 3 sprays/day or even less. One can notice a shift in mood, mental functioning and sparkling eyes. It is like a gentle magic potion and I use it especially before practicing or teaching yoga. But be careful with overdose, I find that it can make me feel irritable as if I have been over-caffeinated!

I am using this product and i have increased the dosage to 5 sprays a day. It helps make my mind calm and peaceful much like matcha tea. It also promotes deep sleep but the problem is that it causes lucid dreams. Some of them are good but most of them are scary. Another downside is the price because it is imported from the united states. I am not thrilled about it.
