We made it yesterday with our pressure cooker and pinto beans. The instructions are not completely clear, so I soaked the grains for 10 minutes, then added them to 1lb of dried pinto beans and cooked them on full pressure for about 19 minutes, then allowed natural cooldown. I seasoned them as usual. The result is that I have my beans, with the added goodness and some very much desired texture and thickness. I would love to find this product on my grocer's shelves. One improvement in the instructions would be to clarify the cooking method. If you soak the grains for 10 minutes, do you also add water to the pressure cooker? I've never made anything without water and a bit of oil for rice products. So I would assume that is the best method, or if combining with other grains/rice, just follow those instructions. I received a full refund and you should just make sure the food products you’re receiving are not old. I add this to my Korean medium grain or Japanese short grain rice. Price is a bit high though. Will definitely repurchase if the price comes down. Very clean, no bugs and not dusty like a lot of other mixed grains. I really hope the seller lowers the price some.
