Excellent Green Banana Flour
I had been using an American brand Zuuvi (previously Weido) which I had shipped from US because all the local options were poor quality. I have found this green banana flour to be every bit as good as the Zuuvi - perhaps even a bit better. Like many other reviewers I use a teaspoon per day in a shake. My shake is Ecomil hemp milk and coconut milk (both now available via Ocado but can also find them on Amazon) and a chocolate Rebel Mylk (last one is more for flavour).For those trying it out - please remember that it may take a month or two to see the real effects. You are growing some good bacteria through this flour - it is a resistant starch that doesn't get digested by the body but feeds those good gut bacteria. Hence it needs time for the population of those good bacteria to grow in number to feel the effect.Second point - make sure you have it every day. The bacteria don't have a long lifespan and you need to keep them fed, so a break of several days can set you back to square one. So bring a bit with you on trips to keep using.

Regular as clockwork!
I have had digestive issues for decades and just 2 little scoops of this in my morning smoothie has made a world of difference. I feel like my intestines are working like they should and it’s such a relief to know that it was such a simple adjustment to get a huge result. Hubby has joined in after noticing its effects.

Made me bloated
This caused me to be constipated and bloated and very windy but overall if you don't have a sensitive tummy like me I would give it a try 😉
