Restoration requires a little bit more water than recommended and will be absorbed by the beans if left long enough. This is authentic dried natto, same as what you find in Japan. I recommend to eat it with chopped spring onions and a bit of soy sauce on Japanese rice. Or, you can put this into Miso soup and eat as Natto jiru. Delicious!
