I work as a cashier. I stand for 8+ hours at a time. Every pair/brand of sneakers I tried before this would hurt my feet no matter what type of inserts I wore with them. At the end of my shift my feet would burn and I lived in constant pain. Not with these shoes! They’re so comfortable I don’t even have to wear inserts with them. They have a deep heel cup and great arch support. The soles are thick and bouncy. Wearing them makes me feel like I’m walking on a thick rubbery cushion of air. At the end of the day my feet feel great thanks to these shoes. Added bonuses: the mesh is very breathable. Really helps keep my feet cool during long shifts. The soles have good tread so no worries about slipping on slick big-box retail store floors in them. The wide toe box is so accommodating that I have stopped wearing blister protection strips on my pinkie toes. I’m really happy with these shoes. I’m so glad I don’t have to buy orthopedic sneakers just to keep my feet from burning. These shoes have orthopedic level support but look fashionable. Upshot: if you need the perfect shoe for standing in for hours at a time…these are for you. Nurses, retail workers, food service workers, gym goers, dog walkers, delivery drivers etc will find these to be ideal.
