This is a sleek and ultra-modern device that looks great, and functions wonderfully. I had no trouble getting it set up with my family's HVAC system in the condo, and in no time the whole house was smelling wonderfully-- it is amazing how quickly this can transform the whole "feel" of a place. One of the hospitality industry's secret weapons, now in the power of your own hands! Set-up is easy and it functions pretty straight forward-- just be sure you use the right kind of essential oils, and make sure everyone who will be using it knows this as well. Very tidy and chic little unit, at a price-point that I feel is warranted in terms of value and delivery.

I’m loving the scents I’m getting from this diffuser, but I’ll be honest—hooking it up to a residential HVAC system may not go as smoothly as expected. I got it mainly for this feature because I thought it would be a great way to keep the whole house smelling fresh without needing a bunch of small diffusers everywhere. But with the unboxing and a quick look at some YouTube videos, I realized that connecting it to my HVAC system felt more like a series of undesirable choices, rather than the easy install I was expecting.Once I finally got it up and running, though, the scent distribution was amazing! The entire house had a luxurious hotel-like aroma that made me feel like I should be charging myself a nightly rate. What I really like is how easy it is to fine-tune the scent level—dialing it up or down depending on what kind of vibe I’m in the mood for. It’s perfect for setting a subtle background fragrance on weekdays and cranking it up when we have guests over for dinner.But back to the HVAC setup… the issue is going to lie with the configuration of your HVAC system. In my area (and experience), most home hide the HVAC systems in walls and ceilings - out of sight and away from easy access. I my neighborhood, most houses will have two HVAC units - one for downstairs and one for upstairs - with the equipment and ductwork installed in an inconveniently accessible attic and intake vents mounted in the ceiling. For HVAC installation, you mount the diffuser vertically to the wall, attach a tube to the top of the scent container, then drill a hole in side of your intake duct and insert the tube. Easy enough if this duct is exposed and will leave you easy access to refill the scent container when needed, but I feel this is probably more common in commercial set ups. You could, conceivably, run the tube directly into the air intake vent, but this is unsightly, puts a filter in front of the system, and may not be very easy if, like me, your intakes are mounted in the ceiling.That said, if you’re not looking to mess around with HVAC, it still works really well as a standalone diffuser. It’s super easy to set the intensity through the app, and the cold-air diffusion keeps the essential oils potent without using any water, which is a big plus.Overall, I’m pretty happy with the machine itself and the consistent, long-lasting scent it provides. Just be prepared to roll up your sleeves and maybe make some compromises if you plan on hooking it into your HVAC system. I’d give it 4 stars—excellent scent and control, but the HVAC setup was more hassle than I expected!

If anyone figures out how to get the app to work can you let me know.. Very frustrating.

We have wanted one of these for awhile and when I saw this one I ordered it because it seemed like an affordable model. It was easy enough to set up although I dont think the instructions tell you what size hole you need to drill for the hose. The app only works when you are close to it so not really helpful honestly for controlling it from upstairs. For the settings we started out pretty mild, but didnt realy notice it working. I set the concentration up higher and still struggled to get the scent in the air. Even after messing with all the settings and letting it run for a week it didnt seem like much of the EO was gone from the bottle. I might have something wrong, overall okay but unsure it is actually working. One thing also, the top panel is just like a sticker that lifts up. You might be able to see in my picture, you have to keep pressing it down because the whole top will just peel off. Seems maybe cheaper than I wanted.
