The lightweight frame makes it easy to manoeuvre and it’s great to use whilst maintaining your bike – whether this be general washing or more technical maintenance. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent *by P***P on 17 June 2018* I was a bit concerned after I ordered this stand as to whether it would be suitable as I have a rack and panniers on my rear wheel and I worried that using the front wheel would be as stable as using the rear. I need not have been concerned as it works well. I read the reviews on many stands before choosing this one and I am sure this is the best option in terms of the trade off in size/weight of construction and ease of use. It is strong enough to do the job without being unnecessarily heavy or cumbersome. My bike has an electric conversion with a heavy battery on the downtube and a rear hub motor. It is also covered in gadgets and so if my bike feels stable (and it does) then most conventional bikes will be absolutely fine in this stand. Lastly, the two other points I liked is that it can be quickly taken apart (just one negative here - they should move from Phillips screw heads to Allen sockets for long term durability) and the high quality level of finish.All in all I can highly recommended it.EDIT: A couple of other points. I put some pipe insulation round the top part of the stand to grip my tyres (700 x 38C) as mentioned on another review and it has worked very well and stops any movement whatsoever. The second point is about disc brake rotors. I have 160mm diameter ones and there is plenty of clearance but go up to 180mm and it would be close and I reckon any larger and they may foul the uprights.
