The flavors Vanilla, Caramel, Cinnamon Roll, Wintergreen and Cherry have an artifical sweetener in it called Acesulfame which can be found in sports drinks. Hope that answers your question! **Q: How old do you have to be to use it** A: It's coffee... same age to drink coffee. **Q: Does it turn teeth brown?** A: Yes, but if you put it on the side of your mouth it's unnoticeable. **Q: Do you swallow this or spit like normal chew?** A: Swallow it.
