If you like to throw dinner parties, this might be a book for you. Martina seems to know what she is doing and happy that she shares her ideas and recipes. This would be a great gift to someone who likes to give dinner parties.

    Not an easy task. Directions are not real clear

I made the Hunter's Chicken for a dinner party i'm having tonight.  Not an easy task.  Directions are not real clear.  I could not use the drippings from frying the chicken because it was full of flower that was almost to the point of being burnt.  So I starter the sauce over with fresh evoo, white wine, and the rest of the ingredients called for and noticed that the picture showed the sage and garlic in the dish but the directions says to discard the marinate.  very confusing.  We'll see how it tastes it's in the oven now.  As I sit here now I don't think I'll try this one again.
