**Q: I have bought this bread knife. How do you sharpen it?**
A: Dear Customer, thank you for your question. With the Signature bread knife, it has a 15° angled scalloped blade. Because it is made from the finest stainless steel and has this scalloped edge, it should not need to be sharpened. However, after many uses, if you feel it is not cutting as well as it once was, a few strokes over the Signature hand-held sharpener would bring back the cutting ability. We hope this helps you. After years grinding a heavy all steel bread knife through sourdough, this knife is a literal breath of fresh air. The handle has a classic design, that reminds me of a bread knife my Mum would have had in the kitchen in the 60’s. The ergonomic form, balance and weight are all great assisting in a straight forward smooth slicing process. Really pleased and now considering purchasing further items from the same range.
