It is a medium tension tape, not pulling you into shape but reminding you subtly to return you joints to where they should be when you feel like changing your posture due to injury or pain. It suits me well as I'm trying to nurse a torn rotator cuff. I'll buy again if necessary. I don't have particular allergies or sensitive skin and when it came off after 9 days it didn't leave a mark so it seems to be reasonably skin safe for most folk.

It's k.t tape, not really a lot to say if you already know what k.t tape is. It is a medium tension tape, not pulling you into shape but reminding you subtly to return you joints to where they should be when you feel like changing your posture due to injury or pain. It suits me well as I'm trying to nurse a torn rotator cuff. I'll buy again if necessary. I don't have particular allergies or sensitive skin and when it came off after 9 days it didn't leave a mark so it seems to be reasonably skin safe for most folk.

Purchased for my son who says works great when strapping up his thigh/groin for football. Only downside is he says it slightly rips hairs when removing but not enough to put him off. Will look for a different product next time to avoid this.
