I love the customer service. The force of the sprayer is pretty comfortable and the intensity can be controlled to suit you. I have been using it for almost 4 months now and I never turned off the water supply from the valve. I have observed no leakage. I've used bidets all my life and this is exactly what a standard bidet is and should be like.The T-valve doesn't fit my standard toilet tank. I tried connecting the bidet, but it wont attach.
