If u have a Mexican made strat this will work I would assume and American made strat would be the same. Don't listen to the bad reviews especially if u have a Mexican made strat. Fit mine with no modification needed. And it's cheap!!!! Love it!Update: If you are using a covered humbucker then you will need to widen the bridge slot a tad. I originally had an uncovered pickup and it fit no problem. I recently put in a covered pickup and had to sand the pick guard a little to get the cover to fit. Still works great just need a little bit of work. Cann't even tell I had to sand a bit away. These pickguarda come with some sheilding on them, which I thought was an excellent touch at this price range. I wanted to change out the pickguard on my Fender Player HSS Strat, but Fender replacement ones are fairly expensive so I gave this Musiclily guard a shot.I wasn't expecting much for the inexpensive price, but it's quite impressive -- it's a nice rich red/orange tortoiseshell, the beveled edges are smoothly cut, and all the pickup and control cutouts and all 11 screw-holes match the original perfectly.
