I've got arthritis and carpal tunnell I could not squeeze these tubes if my life depended on. I tried warming the up in hot water which usually works and it worked for a few minutes and than hardened back to the rock of Gibraltar after. I have it three stars because even though it wasn't easy to use, it tasted just fine. The colors were spot on, and the little sprinkles were really cute. I think it was also a pretty good deal for what it cost. My kids and boyfriend had to decorate them, they have more strength in the hands than I do.
