The Maven 3005 Methacrylate Adhesive is a high-performance backup formula for Plexus MA300, designed for both craftsman and industrial applications. This adhesive cures underwater and is resistant to solvents and acids, making it ideal for challenging environments. Operating effectively in temperatures from -40F to 180F, it achieves full cure in just 1-2 hours, ensuring your projects are completed efficiently.

## Description

Maven MMA3005 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive suitable for structural bonding of various metals, plastics and composites. The product does not need surface preparation or a primer. This is a 1:1-part methacrylate adhesive with an open time of 3-6 minutes and handling strength can be achieved in less than 15 minutes. Give excellent bond strength on various substrates. Please Note: These cartridges are designed to work best with a 50ml or 400ml cartridge Dispenser, respectively. We advise you use a 50ml or 400ml Dispenser for all respective cartridges. If you do not have one, please check out our Dispensers, all are excellent products and have our 'it's good' seal of approval. If you prefer not to use a Dispenser, we have some 50ml kits that include hand tools or caulking dispenser adapters, as pictured, that you can use for fast small jobs. But the 400ml cartridges really need to use a 400ml Dispenser, they're just too big to effectively use without the dispenser. Directions of applications Wipe off and decrease the surface to be bonded. Use the gloves to avoid skin contact. Dispense a desirable amount of adhesive using a dispensing dispenser. The nozzle sizes can be selected according to the desired bond thickness. Join the substrates with the specified work-life of this material and allow it to cure at room temperature. Do not disturb the parts during the curing process. Excess adhesive can be wiped off. (For optimum strengths, surface preparation for the metals like sandblast, etching will be needed). Safety and handling Wear safety glasses and gloves. Harmful if swallowed. Keep it away from heat, flames. Keep out of reach of children. Once used keep the containers closed. Storage and shelf life Store this product in a tightly closed container in a cool and well-ventilated area. Product should not be frozen. Keep it away from any source of heat. Store the material in between 51℉ to 75℉. Continuous exposure above 75℃ will reduce the shelf life.
