I really hope they restock. It helps so much with athletic performance and recovery. I get more reps in the gym if I take it before a workout. It works by increasing efficiency of oxygen use in the muscles. So I can get more reps in if I take it before going to the gym and go harder on a shift if playing ice hockey. It’s a must-have for high elevation hikes when I visit the mountains. It really helps me acclimate. It has no caffeine, which is nice. It tastes like a light berry tea that also has some umami.
