However I decided to buy one a couple of weeks ago for my daughter. We couldn't believe it whe it went straight through her hair. Every brush always turns at her hair. This just glides through, and when there is a tighter knot it deals with them easily. I have since bought one for my son who hates brushing his hair but keeps using his sister's since we bought it, so rather than then argue over it I got him one. I never thought I would see the day they were arguing over a hair brush. If you have afro or curly hair I would definitely recommend it, it is a life saver.
