Next day I received and email stating that there's no need to send back the broken pump, they already processed a replacement for me and I should receive it in 5-7 business days.No confirmation number was given, so I decided to wait a couple of days, and after not hearing anything, called at 1pm on 3/7 and asked for a tracking number, or anything confirming a replacement was sent. I was told someone will call me back in an hour.No one did (notice the pattern?), so I called back after two hours at around 3pm. The girl, I believe her name was Norma, told me that I have go wait exactly 48 hours before they answer me, and since the last communication about the replacement was on Tuesday at 7pm, I have to wait until 7pm today.No one ever called me, and the next day I was e-mailed a fake tracking number.At this point it's obvious that I'm getting the runaround and will likely never see a replacement, so long story short, save yourself the headache and don't buy this junk.
