**Q: Does it smell?**
A: For a few minutes, it smells like menthol. The smell does not stay on clothing or linger. It helped with pain too.

**Q: How strong and lasting would you say the menthol sensation is (not the odor, the sensation), compared with something like Mineral Ice?**
A: The sensation depends upon the severity of your pain.  I have chronic pain, so it lasts about 30 minutes for me, but at the same time, my pain level still continues to go way down.

A: OK but did not work any better than over the counter products at Walmart

I don't like to rely on ibuprofen for inflammation as it can cause other issues. I decided to try this cream and wow! It instantly gives relief! I rub it on before I get out of bed and I can actually walk to bathroom without limping! When I have sat for a long period of time I usually have to hold on to something and struggle to get up.
