A couple of miles jogging with phone (Galaxy S7 in Spigen case) and house keys. Absolutely no problems. Everything held securely and not bouncing around at all. In fact I didn't notice them whilst running. Material seems pretty robust and it's easy to stash and retrieve the items. Recommended.I normally wear size 34" waist trousers/shorts and the size L was a great fit. Snug, but comfy.EDIT : I have upgraded my phone from S7 to S10 Plus and, even in a hybrid case, the phone fits fine. It is snug, but no problem at all. Volume controls can be accessed through the material to control volume in my Galaxy Buds. It does an excellent job of keeping my phone (Samsung Galaxy 6) and keys safely tucked away whilst out running, with plenty of room for more. It's made of lycra, is simple to use and has no zips to fail so I'm hoping it will last. In use once phone, keys etc are pushed into place I flip it over on my waist so there is no chance whatsoever of anything escaping. I've done two 10k+ trail runs in it so far and it is hardly noticeable when wearing, keeping everything firmly in place with no bounce.
