But that was on me, I didnโ€™t pay attention to the description. I had searched for โ€œsteam mopsโ€ and this popped up so I didnโ€™t fully pay attention to the details. I did think for the price though, it REALLY should be a steam mop. That is a pretty pricey โ€œelectric mopโ€. I found other steam mops for around the same price. But I was in need of a mop because the last one I had, broke on me and I was desperate to clean my floors. The next issue I had which was big, to spray the water onto the floor, is a small push button on the base of the mop, no trigger on the handle to spray. Instead you have to press it each time with your foot to spray the water which I found to be a huge nuisance, and if you bend to press it each time and you have a bigger house, thatโ€™s even more of a nuisance. The next issue is because it is battery operated, the handle of the machine is pretty heavy, so trying to maneuver it while the pads are spinning, my wrists were sore by the time I was done with my floors, and I only did 3 rooms. The biggest issue I had was it just flat out stopped working. I had charged both batteries before I even started, both batteries were fully charged, but it just stopped. I tried both batteries, Iโ€™d try taking the batteries out and put back in, then itโ€™d work for about 10 seconds before itโ€™d stop again. There were no jams, the machine wasnโ€™t hot and I was using just water. The tank was still full of water, so I donโ€™t know why it would stop working. After that issue I said forget it, it wasnโ€™t worth the price or the headaches I had with it, I boxed it up and sent it back the very next day.
