I've worn and washed them a couple times now and truy haven't shrunk and still feel comfortable. Overall these are really nice and ill be returning the XXXL for a XL and different colour. Plenty of movement for yoga and qi gong exercises, and it's nice to have the elasticated ankles to keep the legs from getting in the way. I have 2 pairs of medium. They fit very generously and there is lots of stretch. I could easily get away with a small, but that's maybe not the point. I enjoy the fact that there is plenty of room. **Q: I would like to use for indoor yoga/Pilates. I find that usual jogging/tracksuit bottoms are usually too warm. Will this be ok?** A: this would be great. it’s flowy so not too warm. also, because of the elastic at the bottom, you can pull the leg up to the knee and it stays put. **Q: I am confused by the size chart. I am 94kg (which is not on the list) with 33 inch wait and 29 inside leg. Which size would be best for me?** A: My husband ordered size small - he is 5' 8", size 28-30 waist and weighs approx 70kg. these trousers are a generous relaxed fit and really and has a lot of stretch, comfortable to wear, he uses them for yoga and they are great. hope this helps. **Q: Would this go well with my magic carpet?** A: You need to be quite careful when using these with your magic carpet. Some colours enhance the magic for more speed (the red ones), where as I’ve found the black ones cause me to fly into more stationary objects. They were so comfortable to wear, a soft feel against the skin, and light and airy allowing free movement without catching against or restricting himself. I found it hard to take them away from him to put into the washing machine because he wants to wear them all the time. Hense why i came back and bought another 2 pairs. He wears them constantly at home now after work. They are true to size and when i eventually got to wash them, they did wash well with no real shrinkage. They're very good quality considering the low price. Very pleased with the purchase.
