These underwear pleasantly surprised me! They mostly look and feel like regular cotton underwear, which I really appreciate. The fabric is soft, breathable, and not too stiff or crinkly. These are definitely stiffer than regular non-protective underwear, though. The leak-resistant panel provides enough protection for light leakage and gives me peace of mind that I won't have bladder leakage come through my pants but is not overly thick, heavy, bulky or uncomfortable. They’re also discreet under clothing because they are not overly bulky, and they leave no more of a panty line then non-protective underwear. I wear pretty tight fitting pants, and a visible panty line has not been an issue with this protective underwear, fortunately. While these are marketed toward teens, they work perfectly fine for adults who need light protection.
