Highly recommend!! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Doesn’t Clear Candida *by A***Y on September 21, 2020* I took this for a good while, because it looked like the most complete enzyme blend for candida. It wasn’t as strong as the Plexus enzymes I was using, but it was less expensive per capsule, so I hoped it would work. Unfortunately it didn’t clear my candida. For a lot people, enzymes alone won’t fix the problem, though they are an important part of a healthy gut and candida management. (Prebiotics, probiotics, and enzymes work well together to balance the gut.) I don’t think these are the best or most potent enzymes on the market, but I wanted them to work. I got bad headaches when I took higher doses of these, and they didn’t ease up over time.
