## Questions & Answers

**Q: is this product for bulk buy?**
A: Unless you bake every day, this package will last for weeks or months since you only use two or three Tbsp at a time.

**Q: How much should I add to nut flours to create an all purpose flour consistency?**
A: I’ve never baked exclusively with nut flours.  With wheat (whole or white) flour I add 2 Tbsp per loaf to give them extra elasticity during kneading and to help them rise.  Gluten is the essential ingredient for rising properly.  Kneading causes the gluten molecules to interlace, providing that elasticity.  That being said, I would recommend 4 Tbsp per loaf as a starting point.

**Q: does it need to be refrigerated? What's the shelf life?**
A: Hi,

It would probably help, although it is not needed. Some customers keep this in the freezer as well..

Shelf life for the sealed product is 12 Months.
