BUYERS!!! Please stay away and DO NOT BUY!!! Horrible Hoverboard! It is cheap and wouldn't work after half a day of use! It is very fragile and starts breaking apart after very light contact. I contacted the seller but no response! I'm returning it to Amazon now! I don't understand how Amazon allows junk like this to be sold on their website!!!

Waste of money
I bought this with the warranty and just realized the warranty wasnt added to it when it was shipped. My son used it 2 weeks and now only the lights work. I'm extremely disappointed and he's so upset.

Won’t stay calibrated!!!
DONT BUY!!!! My daughter got this hoverboard for Christmas and on day one of her trying to ride it, it wouldn’t stay calibrated and only one wheel would move. We followed directions on how calibrate it and it worked a few times but then every time time she stepped off the hoverboard it would mess up again to where now it won’t calibrate at all on day 2 of her trying to ride it. I started a return and the seller approved but said there is a 20% restocking fee if it is not in brand new condition and that I have to pay for shipping to return it! Are you kidding me! It will probably cost at least $50 to mail it back by then it’s not even worth it! I am highly disappointed in the customer service of this company and not sending a paid return label when their product was defective on day one!

One year later
My son has had this hover board for more than a year and he still loves it. He can connect his phone to play music while he is riding. He did have an incident where he ran into something and part of the outside came off. However, it still works as well as the day we purchased it.

Grandson Loves
This item was a big hit and my grandson loves it. It was easy to "setup/program". Goes on wood, tile and short carpet.

a lot of fun but unreliable
Finally it stops work in mid February, so was used less then 4 month: seems to me the right wheel control died and it cannot rotate properly, did only half-turn (180 degrees) and stops for a second and so one.Looking for replacing by warranty.

Terrible Hoverboard
Terrible hoverboard! We charged it fully and charge only lasts about 10mins. Also, we kept getting a beeping alarm every few mins and couldn’t figure out why it was beeping. There is nothing in the handbook about this alarm. And I tried looking up the company and there is no phone number to call to ask about these issues. Shame, my daughter was so excited about it and it didn’t work out. We had to return it, we’ll be looking for a better quality product.
