Great price but a gamble for what you get
TLDR: I returned my chair because of too many issues. There customer supports was more than willing to try to help resolve all of the issues and even giving me a break on the price. Unfortunately there comes a time where I can longer trust the physical piece of furniture.Purchased this chair from Amazon after hearing great things from a couple of friends who have had one for a few months now. OPSeat is a "newer" company to the gamer chair world. Awesome, I get a gaming chair for sub $300! Sounds great. I get the chair in like 2 days and put it together. The first thing I would say is the location of the instructions is not good. They were tucked under the seat cushion, which is not the first thing you pull out f the box. Instructions should be clearly visible as soon as you open any furniture box.Issue #1Once I saw the bottom the seat cushion I saw the first flaw. The cushion cover was stretched improperly over the foam. They used multiple fastening rings because it wasn't done correctly. (Pics are posted). The top of the chair was effected too much by this though, so I was going to let it slide.Issue#2I sat down in the chair and it felt good. But as soon as I lifted my feet off the ground to check the chair for level, it swiveled me about 60 degrees to the right and angled downwards. This happened on multiple surfaces in my house.Issue #3I then contacted OPseat and told them about these issues, they decided to send me a new seat. Great, customer service was fast, nice, and willing to fix their errors! The new seat came in 2 days again, awesome! I went to put the chair together and quickly noticed the tilt mechanism was bent (pic is posted). This meant I couldn't fasten the mechanism to the bottom of the cushion. I contacted them again, and go auto text response saying, (paraphrasing) to hit the bent piece with a hammer to make it straight. I then texted again saying that hitting a piece of metal with a hammer would not make anything better. They were extremely apologetic about it and sent out a new tilt mechanism.Issue #4:The new tilt mechanism was also bent in the same way. I am not sure if there was a manufacturer defect of what. They then sent a 3rd mechanism out to me. By this time I was done. I am normally a 3 strikes kinda of person. I purchased a different chair from a different manufacturer.I then returned everything to them for a full refund. Again there customer services was top notch which today, is hard to find. I wish them well and hope they can fix the defects. The current chair company I am using now uses similar looking parts but the tilt mechanism on the new chair has a welded bar holding the two arms perfectly still and the instructions were printed on a giant poster which was presented as soon as you opened the box.

[Updated] Still in love with my chair - OPSeat has amazing customer service - Don't ignore any weird noises from your chair!
[UPDATE: 04/19/18] After posting to twitter I had a response from OPSeat in less than 5 minutes. They requested a submit a ticket via e-mail as it was outside their normal business hours. I received a response this morning at 9:30. OPSeat is, without hesitation, honoring their 1 year warranty to replace the base at no cost. No kicking, no screaming, no frustration from my end just a promise from them to do better in the future and a new base being mailed to my home with shipping and tracking information. They have truly impressed me with both their response time and their willingness to "make it right".Overall, I'm still incredibly satisfied with this chair. It's absurdly comfortable and I cannot imagine my gaming station without it. It's truly improved my quality of life while I spend time at my PC. OPSeat provides both incredible customer service AND a product I would recommend to anyone looking for a chair....Just maybe with a cautionary (albeit amusing) tale.[UPDATE 04/18/18] WELP. Downgrading my review to 2 stars because one of the supporting wheel legs just SNAPPED and sent me falling to the floor. D E L I G H T F U L. I've submitted a request via amazon to see if I can get my money back AND SUBMITTED images via social media. I'm WELL WITHIN the weight limits for this char and am SO INCREDIBLY disappointed. I have NEVER EVER (in my life) broken a chair in this manner!!!What a joke! I'm going to see if I can't pull a wheel base off of an old chair and do little more than PRAY they fit....Again, just disappointed. I thought these chairs were better.----------------------------------------Original review posted upon receipt and assembly:I promise an honest review.I'm a female who spends ENTIRELY too much time at her computer... I had a chair and it utterly failed me. We're talking hip, back and shoulder pain from trying to be comfortable... I finally caved and bought a "fancy gaming chair". I do not regret it.Now I've only had this 1 WEEKEND. Not even a full week... But.Out of box it's intimidating if you've never assembled a chair before. The instructions are hiding in the pack with the chair cushion (you're welcome). Everything else about assembly is incredibly straight forward. Everything lined up smoothly and evenly. They even include an allen wrench incase you're lacking one (Who can't use another one, anyways?)All in all it took me about 30 minutes to put together. The hardest part was getting it onto the base and I recommend doing it in reverse instead, tbh. The full assembled seat isn't light. It's probably significantly easier to attach the chair to the base, prevent the wheels from moving then to attach the chair back. Just a thought after my personal struggles.I've sat in it two days. My hips and shoulder are already falling back into proper alignment and I'm utterly in love with how soft the leather is. I love the fact that it can lean so far back and NOT tip! It LAYS back, too.. Though that scares me witless every time I try it because my center of gravity feels so strange. I'm sure I'll get used to it if I ever try to lay back for any reason...If you're sitting in a chair for long durations I don't think you'll find anything better than chairs that are of this caliber. Not to mention it looks awesome at my current "battle station".I promise to update again in a few months if anything goes crazy with it... However, if there aren't updates.. Assume EVERYTHING above stands the test of time.

Great chair! 6'2" 200+
First off I am tall, and heavy. Being 6'2 and 200+ pounds my last 100 dollar chair didn't last 6 months, also It had no back support for someone like me, and my head easily cleared the top of it. This chair how ever I feel like a 6'6 person could easily sit in it. Also There are no signs of moving when I sit in the chair, vs my last one where it creaked the first time I sat in it. One thing I didn't notice in the description when I was reading it, was that the seat has a swivel motion forward and back, so if you like sinking into your chair or sliding of of it, you can do it. The arms have lots of controls, but I do miss cushioned arms. though I am sure I could buy them else where. One other con is that the seat doesn't go very high, just at the level my legs are 90%, and that the arms fit under my desk, but if you have a taller desk maybe invest in a stand. One last con is that it is a 1 on the spin scale(as in with a good spin you only spin around once)... Also laying 80% back in this is something else, not for the faint of heart.
