I had the strongest chemical peel that you can have done which has to be performed under anesthesia. When the physician ordered me to use petroleum jelly to cover my skin at night I tried this product and love its texture (not as thick as regular petroleum jelly) and continue to use it at night. After additional research, I also learned that this does not clog your pores and can be used every night.
