Comes in rock format
Comes like a solid rock, wouldn't dissolve in water and there is no instructions on how to consume anywhere. Comes in the plastic you see. There is no way I can verify purity anyway. Smells bad but that's probably how it's supposed to smell? I don't know. It's too soon to see benefits as these take weeks to monitor.
