I loved the material on his facebook page, and I actually printed out many of his McCaw Method lines and pasted them on my apartment walls. I was psyched when he finally came out with a book for athletes, and I was not disappointed.The content is great, and there's a lot of food for thought. I'm not gonna go into too much detail here, but for one, if you have attitude issues, this book will point them out. It might not be nice, but as long as you have a willingness to improve, it'll be a great help to have those things pointed out to you.For example, I am battling with waking up early. I used to do it well, but a couple of months ago I lost my routine, and have been struggling with it since. I also didn't touch the book for a while either. I pick it up and it reminds me of a.m. ie attitude management. I'm working on waking up earlier now and once I fix my sleeping rhythm I'll hold on to it for dear lifeThere were many things also in the book that I had not given any thought.Just a great book, with surprisingly much content, I couldn't believe how much there was in here.I can highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to go far in life. Buy it and pass it along... *by A***E on October 29, 2021* What a solid perspective on life training for athletes and coaches in all their endeavors both during competition and in their personal growth out side of sport. We used Champion Minded during our HS tennis season last year and the results were incredible. At the end of most of our practices I would pick a player and have them open the book to a random chapter to read to the team. It was incredibly engaging and made some really great connections with all kinds of kids. Not to mention the coaches. Really Fantastic how it addressed so many of their individual needs wthout me pushing the info. So amazing! I have never had kids remind me to do book study before introducing Champion Minded. At more than one practice we had players ask to read when I wasn't planning on it. What an amzing coaching tool! I highly recommend this book to any one who is working on being more Champion-minded.
