It breathes really well and I stay pretty cool in it. I probably wouldn’t like it in cold weather I’d definitely wear another sweater or jacket. I’m 5”10 165lbs and I wear a large and this large fit me exactly like a normal hoodie. It’s not bulky at all, it honestly looks like a normal hoodie even though the pads are pretty thick. Oh mine came with the back pad even though the ad said it didn’t. My buddies complain that the pads will move in a crash BUT they seem to be there more for the impact so you don’t shatter your elbows or smash your shoulders and I think they’ll work pretty good for that. It’s the Kevlar lining that’s going to help with road rash. I’d recommend this sweater.
