The new product seems to be the same quality we were use too. Thank you for caring about your customers!We have bought 3 other similar products in the past from Amazon with no issues. The one we usually get wasn’t available so I ordered this one. It was a gift for a birthday party today and it was a total bust. Half the packs were watery and sticky and just covered their hands in goo. So disappointed. Total waste of money. ### ⭐⭐⭐ was going to return *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2019* Not modeling clay at all. Some of the colors were the consistency of a memory foam pillow and others were not dried out and were more like a tough slime. If you want to mold something and use this with plaster of paris to make molds, this IS NOT the product you want. The case was also cracked. I was going to returned this item but I live in VT and we have an enormous amount of snow so UPS would not pick up the package. We also live about 50 minutes from the nearest drop off center. I called Amazon back and said I would just keep it due to the ongoing issue with the UPS driver.After reading the insert, it states if it is dried out, to add water to it. So we did. It was a nice soft fluffy feeling. Still not real modeling clay but the kids love it. It took some time adding water to each color and working the water through but again once done, the kids really enjoyed the texture and I put some heart colored duct tape on the carrying case. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice! *by E***C on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2018* My kids had so much fun playing with this clay set.
