As described, theyre earrings that look like screws. The only weird thing was that only the black ones the backs were backwards, so I had to put it in from behind my ear, which was weird and a little difficult. Bar is a tad thicker than standard earrings so might be a little harder to get in if you have tiny piercing holes, but I had no trouble.
