Came in a box held by strapping contained in a sack - which was needed as the box had started to give. But nothing too bad.I wanted some heavier Dumbbells from the ones I already had and looked at the various options online and these Gallant came up as the cheapest option for iron weights. I went for the weights only option without the gloves as I had some cheapo Aldi padded cycling gloves that looked similar to the optional gloves so kept to weights only.The weights came as described With Gallant brand in the castings. The spin locks are metal rather than plastic as other brands.In use the locks do seem to keep everything in place.
