While preparing for surgery, I searched desertcart for anything that might help while I spend 6 weeks non-weightbearing. I quickly found that getting up was a challenge unless I had something tall to push myself up with. I also live alone so it was important for me to be able to get around my home without assistance. I can more or less only use one hand and one leg so it was an extra challenge!! This looked like it could do the trick and it sure has!! I'm so happy I tried it. I bring it in the bathroom when I shower, and the rest of the time it sits next to my armchair where I'm spending 99.5% of my life.
