There was absolutely no issues. No updating firmware or any other issues. I've been paying hundreds of dollars for premium "HP" ink.... Not anymore! Most of us are printing black and white documents, or documents that have color. Why use premium photo ink from HP for these daily uses? I will update my review of things change. I documented the condition and health of my print head and carriage before using these replacement inks just in case something goes wrong. Briefly there were lines in the print, but after 3 pages they were all gone. I was worried about the negative reviews, so I prepared a little. Also, I did replace ALL name brand inks with these replacement all at once. Also, it has been my experience in the past that you should never let your cartridges go dry before replacing them. This introduces air pockets into the pick up tubes. Then it dries out and suddenly your print head is clogged and you blame the ink...
