Thank you in advance for your help.** A: That I am not sure, but you are going to want the box for protection of the pastels themselves I would think. These are very very soft. I think a cardboard box of this size would be too flimsy and you would never be able to find anything. **Q: Does the 120 piece set contain blending sticks?** A: There are two colorless crayons included in the set, which I assume are what you mean are "blending sticks". **Q: Is there a way to contact the seller regarding damage?** A: Yes, I would contact Amazon/or the listed link for the seller.
