A Good Camera and well built for the money but let down by poor instructions and software which only works on a Windows PC. Software also requires an Active X component which is not Microsoft Signed. Without this you can not update the camera settings.Having spent 3 hours getting this camera to work on my Synology Surveillance Systems (it now works) I'm sure people may me interested in my comments. If these details were added to the instructions or advertising material it would make things easier for everyone. You MUST install the DeviceManager Software (called Upgrade in the set-up CD to add confusion). You need this software to change the default IP settings. My camera defaulted to 192.168.1.x so I couldn't see it on my network which uses 192.168.0.x. I then set-up IP Reservation on my Router to the same address. The software only works on Windows so if you have a Mac (like me) you need to borrow a Windows PC.On initial connection to the camera [...] you must install an Active X Explorer Component (not Microsoft Approved) otherwise you can not change the language default from Chinese to English. My security settings on the Windows PC were so high it took over an hour to find the settings to allow this. The install was over the internet so I have no idea if a dodgy Active X component was installed at the same time. This then allows you to log-in to the camera and change the settings. You must change the default admin password (currently null) and enter any new users required. You can then turn on DHCP reservation which should actually be on by default. This would make things much easier for everyone. Finally the big news for all Synology Owners. You have to use port 8899 to make it work using ONVIF and use the default admin user to connect. This took me hours to resolve trying different port numbers and the another forum suggested only the admin user works for ONVIF.So I hope someone else finds this useful. If you do then please leave a comment to make me smile, and that my hours of frustration were worth it!!JOOAN please put these details in your instructions and you will sell many more cameras!!! e.g. Synology Owners please use port 8899.Cheers, Tony

Excellent image quality
Solid Build and reasonably small with a very clear image - the clearest out of any of the 2MP cameras I have in fact. Not a flicker from either of the two I bought since February. I'm using them with a Hikvision NVR, these were the only cameras out of 4 different types that connected instantly with no configuration. PoE works perfectly and the cameras draw less power than some of the others I have. I honestly can't find anything bad about them.

Good Quality for the price
I was initially sceptical with the product as it was having some issues initially with the picture, but the customer service was prompt to replace the item and the replacement one works fine.So it may be down to the one i received having some fault,Anyway, the replacement one works fine so i am happy to recommend this cam for its quality and price.I am using it with Geniusvision NVR and it is working perfect for now over a month !

NOT THE SAME CAMERA AS IN 2016. Much poorer quality
I bought 3 of these in september 2016 and they are excellent BUT i have bought another in January 2017 and the camera casing is the same but the internals and therefore the picture quality are totally different. The supplier JOOAN has obviously started sell a much poorer quality camera under the same listing.

Image quality of this camera is quite good but the item is let down by the PoE function not working, at least not with a Quality Hikvision NVR. Website support really useless, no firmware update to fix this issue or documentation to help resolve.Buy this only if you want the expense and hassle of running a separate power supply in addition to your Ethernet cable (POE) .

Dont waste your money or time. Cheap junk.
Having spent a few hours trying to get this working I've sent it straight back. Doesnt self discover via suggested app. Didn't pick up an up address. The mount is really cheap and unscrews itself from the camera. Move on. Don't waste your time or money. I've used plenty of cameras and this one is definitely the worst.

Looks good, works well.
Looks good, works well, bracket feels flimsy, but works well.Low light performance is amazing, although the IR LEDs glow red when on.

Good image, seems well made but still early days...
However, setup and manual was a nightmare so thought I'd post my findings:1. IP was 192.168.0.x not 192.168.1.10 per manual, so...2. Install the CMS software and use Device Manager to search for the camera.3. Click on located camera in list (icp internet communication payment ag) and then EditDevice4. Click AutoGet to get a DHCP assignment (or set the address manually)5. Double click on the IP entry on the list of devices; CAM01 will add as a sub item6. Double click on the CAM01 sub item - the camera image should display7. Click System ->8. Remote Config ->9. Select IP on list ->10. Click on the CogWheel ->11. Click on General ->12. Select language (presumably English if you're reading this!)13. Click OK.
