Twist handle to increase and decrease tension while wrapping. ### ⭐ CLUTCH WEARS OUT QUICKLY *by J***N on August 28, 2018* I have to wrap customer orders for a total of about 15 hours of my work per month. This clutch began wearing out at about 7 hours of use. It now grabs the wrap very tight and then releases every 2 or 3 feet to limp and grabs again or it will not hold the wrap very steady at all making me have to hold the roll end with my gloved fingers to get it tight. This ruins the tool for me and knowing this I would not have bought it.
