Use it on fishing trips for when I fill up the RV freezer and need more freezer space. It has worked great but is very heavy. Going on a longer trips and decided a second small freezer is the best option to fit in the RV. Was about to order a second Engel when I came across the Dometic. I have a couple other of their products and have always been impressed. The Dometic was much cheaper than the Engel and also much lighter. So far I've only tested in the garage. Froze a glass of water fast enough for me and oh man the weight difference is amazing. So much light than the Engel of the same size.
