Assembled correctly and followed the instructions to try make some 32mm badges, and each of them (metal or plastic back) would not press correctly and were malformed. The 32mm "plastic" washers were made of cardboard and did not serve any purpose.Contacted vevor customer service who promised to solve all these issues, but actually couldn't solve any.I asked them:The badge pressing operation for 32mm doesn't seem to press correctly, with the top of each badge not wrapping around the metal disc - see previously supplied image. Is the unit defective and needs to be returned? What is wrong with it to produce imperfect badges every time?What are the 32mm green cardboard washers for?If the unit does not need to be replaced, will you be providing resolution to the 32mm operation?Will you be providing all of the 58mm components? Molds, plastic green washers, paper discs, transparent plastic films, tin up covers, plastic and metal back plates?The response was that the item description was wrong and it's a 32mm only item. Nothing they would do about the 32mm press defect. I paid £105 for this?
