Personally, I would like them to be a little longer by about 10mm. They are shorter than other similar straps. I'm not sure how they'll hold up long term as the end of the straps are poorly sealed and beginning to fray. I've sealed them with a flame to hopefully prevent future fraying. The metal buckle and other hardware is of good fit and finish.
