The cutter is quick and makes short work of cutting the pizza but does take some getting used to if you normally use a traditional wheel cutter. This peel is outstanding. I love that the handle folds in for storage. These take up quite a bit of space so having that benefit is key for me. The peel is easy to use and does not take a lot of practice to use. We learned that you really need three pizza peels if you're doing multiple pizzas in series. Two peels of this size and one turning peel. We used to make a pizza on the counter and then transfer it to the peel when it was time to go into the oven. This often resulted in some issues transferring over. We discovered that if you make the pizzas ON the peel there is no need to transfer them from the counter to the peel. If you have the spare peel you can be baking one pie while prepping the next pie.

This pizza set is awesome! It's large enough to hold our homemade pizzas without effort and there's no fear of pizza sliding off. I like the handle separates for cleanup of the flat part. makes storage easy - it slides right into the pizza stone box. The cutter is fabulous. For years we used a cutting wheel and it was always a messy cleanup. This new cutter is a breeze to clean and has a nice protective sleeve for storage. This is a MUST HAVE if you love pizza.
