I did three days on the spin bike without them and am still recovering. The padding is in the exact right places. I ordered a small and I’m 5’2 125lbs. The material is thicker than most spandex tights and They have a nice silicone edging on the inside of the shorts that grip around your thighs and they do not ride up at all.
