It counted 30 steps while I was sitting playing video games for 30 minutes. I’ve never seen my step count so high in a day. I know I miss out on some steps because I don’t always have my phone on me but this watch counted nearly 10k steps in a day that my phone claims I only got 3k. If you’re buying this to keep track of steps just know every time you move your arm it will count as a step.
