I am always on the lookout for cool gadgets, widgets and connectagazoinks. These little babies are the best things I have found for use in connecting speakers with banana style terminals. I figured for the price they were gonna be typical Chinese quality. I needed something for a garage system I threw together last week, so I figured these would suffice. I was very happily surprised by several things. I love how quickly these plugs screw together on the end of my cables to give me very, very solid termination. The plugs themselves stay put and are perfectly snug when pushed in, but come out with the right amount of pull by me. I have used banana plugs that have cost A LOT more that were inferior to these little babies. They are a much better design than the plain old standard double red or black banana plug with the little tweaker screws. (Ever drop one of those screws? :-( Start over!) These are an amazing wee plug and superb for the money. These plugs are fantastic! There is no soldering and there are no set screws. Simply insert the stripped wire into the plug from the back, fray the wire where it pokes through and screw the two parts of the plug together. This is a great design the simplifies installation and encourages use.
